Afro-Caribbean groceries, one basket, many vendors.
U-Orda, formerly Shopeey, is an online grocery marketplace for Afro-Caribbean food in the United Kingdom. Grocers and food vendors list their stock, customers shop one basket across several vendors, and the platform handles ordering, payment, delivery and anything that goes wrong afterwards.

What U-Orda does.
It is built as a set of services, catalogue, basket, ordering, payment, notification and reporting, so a busy weekend on the storefront never slows down a vendor updating stock.
Multi-vendor catalogue
Each vendor manages its own products, prices and stock levels; customers browse one catalogue across every vendor.
One basket, many vendors
A customer fills one basket from several vendors and checks out once. The order is split per vendor behind the scenes.
Payments that run once
Card payments through a gateway layer with idempotency keys, so a retried payment never charges twice, and webhooks confirm the outcome.
Delivery tracking
Each vendor's part of the order moves through packing, dispatch and delivery, with the customer kept informed.
Disputes and refunds
A missing or wrong item becomes a case with a record of what was claimed, what was decided and what was refunded.
Notifications
Order, payment and delivery updates by email and SMS, with delivery of every message monitored.
Built for the people who run it.
- Afro-Caribbean grocers and food vendors in the United Kingdom
- Customers who want the ingredients they grew up with, delivered
The rules it keeps.
- Every vendor sees only its own products, orders and payouts.
- Payment and order services talk through events, so a failure in one is retried, never lost.
- Money movements are recorded with the gateway's reference so every payout and refund can be reconciled.
