Privacy policy

Last updated 17 October 2026

This policy explains what CrudSavvy Technological Services (“we”) collects when you use this website, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. It is written to meet the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 and, for visitors in the United Kingdom, the UK GDPR.

What we collect

  • What you send us. When you use the contact form we keep your name, email address, organisation, what you need and your message, so we can reply.
  • Technical records. Our server keeps standard logs: the address your request came from, the page requested, the time and your browser type. We keep these for up to 90 days to keep the site secure and working.
  • Usage statistics. If analytics is switched on, it counts page views without cookies and without identifying you.

Why we use it

  • To answer your message and, if you ask, to prepare a proposal.
  • To keep the website secure, available and improving.
  • To meet legal obligations, for example keeping business correspondence.

Who sees it

Only our team. Messages are sent through our email provider and stored on our own servers. We do not sell or share personal data with anyone for marketing.

How long we keep it

Contact messages are kept for as long as we are in conversation with you and for up to two years afterwards, unless a contract or the law needs longer. Server logs are kept for up to 90 days.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it or stop using it. Write to [email protected] and we will answer within 30 days. You can also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.

Cookies

This website sets no tracking cookies. A single preference for light or dark mode is kept in your browser and never sent to us.
